Nice DM, Lann.  It was awesome to parachute down to collect your cache of weapons and begin the hunt for the other team.  It had a cool Special Ops type of feel to it - although I don't think @Chewy enjoyed the parachuting part as much, but I think he was just "Special" rather than Special Ops. :D

We ran it during Fun Down Under the other night.  The main issue we noticed was when someone re-spawned up on the platforms, they could snipe players on the other platforms and also down to other players on the ground. You couldn't aim up high enough from the ground to fight back, but from the platform you could easily aim down far enough.

We spoke about it at the time and suggested moving the platforms further up and further apart, or placing a thin barrier around them.  It would need to be high enough so nobody could shoot over it, but low enough to climb over so you could parachute down again.  It couldn't be too wide/thick either, otherwise someone could stand on it and still shoot down.

It will be great to test it out with a fuller lobby.  We only had 6 or 7, so weapons weren't an issue, but they may need to be scattered about a bit more with extra players.

Other than that, it seemed to work quite well and is something a bit different from the usual DM. :)

EDIT.

A default night and rain setting would add a nice feel to it too, but at times it was quite hard to spot other players given the large size of the map, so it might need some testing first.

Thanks. I will move the clouds up a bit and maybe add walls and a small hole in the ground o you can't shoot anything from there.

Either more parachutes or a way of preventing the Titans to be taken from the top.

Our team made the mistake of flying off at the start with all the vehicles and dying quickly, this meant we all kept respawning together on the same launch pad. As there wasn't enough parachutes to go around this meant there was always someone waiting at the top which meant our team mates would join us again.

We lost badly because of this too, we know it was our own stupidity but would be good to prevent teams being as stupid in the future.
