We look like a bunch of grandpas compared to him

He's so fast that it's almost scary. The track is so narrow ! A shame we can't do that in GTA.

Seriously look how fast he is at the Casino and later at the swimming ppol ! Feels like it x2 !

Team Meinmacht's strategy for Monaco:

- no_snacks goes all out and wins pole position, me and Sagrawa take last two spots on the grid

- no_snacks takes everyone out with australian lag

- we drive 3 wide for the rest of the race, so nobody can overtake us

- Meinmacht finishes 1st, 2nd and 3rd

My tactic will depend on whether there are going to be rocket pickups or not.

Plan a (if there are rockets) : pick up a rocket, get behind @JuniorChubb and @Potato, take them out, repeat.

Plan b (if there are no rockets) : blame everything on the controller

Just a few messages about tonight's race.

Monaco is a lot tighter than Catalunya, this means extra care needs to be taken when overtaking cars whether you are lapping them or not. Without a mic to let someone know you're overtaking them use your horn but it's best to wait acknowledgment from the driver in front before making your move as horns may not always be heard. If you take someone off track while overtaking them either for position or lapping you must wait for them to recover. 

I will be opening a lobby at 20:30 UTC (21:30 BST) invites to the race lobby will come out at 20:55 (21:55 BST) and qualifying will begin at 21:00 (22:00 BST) exactly. If you miss or are late to the lobby for the qualifying you will have to start at the back. Any drivers disconnecting from qualifying will also have to start from the back but in front of those drivers who didn't take part.

You will need to be on my friends list to be able to join the lobby, my PSN is: Squirrel__Army 

Same qualifying procedure as week 1. 4 lap non-contact race. 

First lap is a warm up lap, find a nice gap to race in. Laps 2 & 3 are your fast laps where you try to set your fastest times. Lap 4 is the cool down lap. Do not finish the final lap. Park up on the finishing straight.

I'll complete the race and will start to make notes of fastest laps.

Please don't drive around as it makes writing the times down very difficult when the cars are constantly changing position. Once I have all the times I will announce that the race can be finished. 

When the race is finished, select replay on the loading screen and we will reform in the lobby and I'll post the qualifying order in here. 

There's currently 33 sign ups for the championship. Priority for the race is given to the original 30 entrants, the additional 3 drivers will have to join dependant on there being space based on sign up order. 

@FinDNF, @joper881583070460, @Matty You are the reserve drivers, There is a very high chance you should all be able to take part in the races, We had 21 entrants in week 1.

@joper881583070460 you still need to pick a team, @XuTek6651 can you assist him to make sure he is ready for tonight.

Might be smart to get a custom Horn at LSC, as the stock one is the quietest one. Something like a Truck horn or a musical one can usually be heard quite easily.

I recommend the highest pitch of the "do rae me" horns, its clearly audible and irritating as f@!k too

Might be an idea to lose those giant wings too, the hit boxes are huge on them things and might create issues in tight places, clipping scenery etc.

I have gone for the smallest, but no spoiler is an option too.

Xero Gas are open to sign ups, we have myself, @LimeGreenLegend and @Tremonius on the team. Hopefully they will chip in and let us know if they are racing tonight.

Snagged the barrier exiting the chicane and was stuck.  Sorry if it cost you a place @Mythaga.  To be fair though, I'm pretty sure @Fido_le_muet would've got past us both soon after that anyway. 

I forgot to double tap the share button at the start, so I didn't record the first coupe of laps.  Someone accused me of taking them out at the 1st corner, and there was a car that spun in front of me that I may have clipped on their screen.   I held a tight line on the inside, even on exit, so there wasn't anything else I could do about it.  Would love to see the replays of turn one. 

I enjoyed that, @Squirrel.  Love the track.  It's challenging and hard to produce 19 good laps in a row.  Good job on the win, @BRacer.  Well done everyone.

Show me the video.  I would love to see it.  Don't forget to include the bits where you're boosting too. 

If you were the car that had spun in front of me, then I don't know what I could've done to avoid you.  I took the 1st corner cautiously and held a tight line all the way through.  I was on the far right of the track on exit (trying to avoid the carnage on the left).  Didn't hit anyone on my screen, but it was close.  Maybe you hit me?
