zmurko 7,622
Gorgeous. And to think I've been there ... Matty 745
I thought it was "Pretty shitty city." My hometown is a right shithole. No nice photos to be taken there. If I did I'd probably be beaten up and have my phone stolen. Reminds of that movie Twin Town...classic 1 Quote Link to comment https://www.rockstarsocialclub.net/forums/topic/1334-pics-from-around-the-world/page/3/#findComment-49464 Share on other sites

Beez 5,091
How about more stuff from New England? Joe Perry from Aerosmith's house in Vermont. The barn is a recording studio. Early morning on the 4th of July, 2009. Setting out the flags with my father-in-law on Main St. in Geneseo, New York. Grist Mill at Longfellows Wayside Inn in Subury , Massachusetts. It's been in operation since 1716 and is the oldest operating inn in the U.S. I'ts just over the hill from my house and this mill is used in the Pepperidge Farms logo. Ten Pound Island just off Gloucester, Mass heading out to see some whales. Fishing boats in Gloucester Harbor. Boston, Mass from the top of the Prudential building. Fenway Park home of the Boston Red Sox. Mystic Seaport, Connecticut. This is the Charles W. Morgan, the oldest whaling ship undergoing restoration. This was 2010 so I wonder if it's done? Covered bridge somewhere in Rhode Island. Can't do New England without a covered bridge. USS Massachusetts (BB59) at Battleship Cove in Fall River, Mass. Also home of Vanson Leathers. That's probably enough for now. 5 Quote Link to comment https://www.rockstarsocialclub.net/forums/topic/1334-pics-from-around-the-world/page/3/#findComment-49555 Share on other sites

ronin 596
Some pics from the village I live and the surrounding area. Not mine and a bit post card-ish. Will replace them with some of my own as soon as I got my phone sorted. Lake nearby: Local 'river' The region is known for it's apple and pear orchards. Acres and acres, which is nice in springtime because of the blossoms, but not so much during a hot summer (fruit flies and wasps whoop whoop). No lack of tractors either The castle, a few hundred yards away from my house. There's actually quite a few like these in the region. Basically it's all flat farm land, no majestic mountains, blue oceans or wide open deserts here . Below pic is from he fields behind the house. 2 Quote Link to comment https://www.rockstarsocialclub.net/forums/topic/1334-pics-from-around-the-world/page/3/#findComment-53419 Share on other sites
vishesh_91 509
Pics from my trip to Dubai(taken from a phone) MADINAT SOUK- A Unique Shopping, Dining and Entertainment Destination at Madinat Jumeirah, The Arabian Resort of Dubai. Souk Madinat Jumeirah is an authentic re-creation of an ancient marketplace with traditional Middle Eastern style and ambience, located in the heart of Madinat Jumeirah – The Arabian Resort, Dubai. Guests can explore a myriad of winding streets in this traditional bazaar-like atmosphere that hosts waterfront cafes, restaurants and bars and boutique-style open-shuttered shops and intimate galleries. DESERT SAFARI- This was a tour that included dune bashing, quad biking, camel rides, drinks and dinner with some belly dancing. Casey 1,680
The view sitting outside the best pub in the world! The Dores Inn on the shores of Loch Ness Also probably one of the smallest, to the right of the door is the bar and to the left, the restaurant. You can fit about 10-20 probably in the bar, standing!
