I know it's bugged and it doesn't actually mean I set any records but it was cool to see! We played this one last night, Hatch and I both went faster on lap 1, but the run up is better for lap 2. We think this happened because a lot of players dropped out on lap 2, perhaps it's possible to fly faster when more jets are in the air? Catch up is too strong, it slows the car down much more than slipstream could give a boost. Slipstream alone is helpful if you're looking to set a WR in standard race mode. I'm working on an air racing H2H event with an air force style crew that claim to be good air racers. I'm not a great pilot, but some of the members here are almost unbeatable. Spotted a Manana on the street, thought ooh that's different lets see what mods I can do to it. Rolled into LSC and added flame fenders, huge engine intakes, turbo, tyres etc. Spent well over 100k on the beast. Was very impressed with it. Changed session, spawned next to a bog standard ruiner that I was trying to get rid of. I had bought pretty much everything for the Manana apart from a tracker and insurance. And you aren't the only one did it last night with dominator put close to 200 thousand into it with crew paint and first car i put emblem on. A few of us were racing with randoms and there were 2 guys who joined and were from 2 different racing crews, both had over 5000 wins while one had 3000 losses and the other had around 5000. Not sure how they got the figures so high and if they were just racing crappy people all the time, but nevertheless they were very quick. On a race, DC stepped up and beat them both and shaved about 1.5 seconds of his best time and got the world record for it! However back in n9vember when i joined up i was always in the 3-5 kill range with double digits desths. No more frequently i am getting more kills however the high deaths still haunt me need to work on being more patient have always been a run and gun type player. I definetly attribute this to all the tdms we play as crew and lately have been in alot of them with ln g Scotty and dc. They always still own me but i can bow get a few kills against them and i notice in tdms with normal players i have been tending to do alot better.
