I assume 63 people had beaten my time in that 2 hour window. So it's probably legit, to a degree. Regarding the world record thing - it's likely that the lap was a record at the time of racing, but by the time your lap reaches RSC it'll be beaten several times. You can also have a world record for completing a full race in record time (2, 3, 4 laps), best lap records are often not legit. I was at 15 days and it reset for no reason.
