I recently went cold turkey for 2 days on those types of sugars and I developed little headaches here and there. Had to incorporate some back and will have to gradually decrease the intake as well to eliminate any withdrawal symptoms. Hope it works out for you! I'll be doing that myself starting next week. :)

As someone who has struggled with weight most of my adult life but has also had some success (down over 100 pounds in the past 4 years) I have found moderation is the key. You have to have control but you also can’t just completely deprive yourself.  I’m a big believer in reward and cheat days. If you are good and disciplined 5 or 6 days a week you really appreciate the days where you treat yourself.
