We're already getting two films this month, three would be a bit of an ask.

We've not had the spins yet, so I might get lucky :D

I began watching Sacred, would not mind finishing it as film club extra. And i will do the drawing after all the events today.

So close!!!

Not seen either of these, so really looking forward to checking them out.

Also, if there's a demand for it, I'd really like to do killing of a sacred deer as an extra, I just can't let this one go.

Yes, so close, if the wheel doesnt click back down, it would have been your film. I do look forward to rewatching Sacred, I have a feeling I was getting to the climax in that film when I fell asleep because I shouldnt have started watching it so late in the night.

And thats awesome that you have never seen the winning films!!! I reviewed Train in Rate the film thread and didnt spoil it but dont look for it because I have images on it and its better if you have no images or screenshots in your head. The Lost Boys was a huge hit here in the states among us teens at the time. I havent watched in in a while and it does have one of the scenes im sure I still will feel repulsive.

Just finished watching The Lost Boys and Train to Busan, both very different but equally enjoyable horror films (Killing of a Sacred Deer is still my favourite though).  Just have to muster up the energy to write up the nearly 40 pages of notes I have on them (and Dune)!

In the meantime, it’s near the end of the month, which means it’s time to decide next month’s film.

Genre nominations will be open until Monday, at which point @Con will do his magic thang.

This month I would like the film club to watch a Martin Scorsese picture.

It's October 24th, where does time go??? I also have to rewatch Train to Busan, but that will be fun. And have to write my Sacred Killing review all while finishing up the map for the Creator Event this Saturday.

What the fuck was that ?

I feel bad or something. That was disturbing.

I'll write my review tomorrow. I need to sleep on it. Jeez I got the chills.

That's the reaction I was looking for :D can't wait to hear what you think.

Morgan (2016)

That was only produced by Ridley Scott.  It was directed by his son though.  Pretty sure @djw180 and @Spinnaker1981 only want films directed by Ridley.

He probably gave his son some tips, but wikipedia has it down as directed by Luke Scott on his own.
