Been mega busy and/or not really feeling like interacting with the world so not done anything with Max Manus.

I'd like to nominate fantasy, if anyone is wondering what that category nomination means, it's basically an excuse for me to the nominate Pan's Labyrinth as my film choice.

As an aside, does anyone else call going out of the house to see a film in a building that specialises in doing so as "the pictures" or am I just an old f*ck?

And the winner is...

A lot of choice in this category, and you could probably cover most of the other nominations in the biopic genre.

I'm going to nominate Bronson (2008) I mentioned it the other day when thinking about Tom Hardy's p*nis and I'd quite like to see it again.  The film that is, not his p*nis.

Film nominations will be open until Wednesday when @Con will spin for the winner.

There are so many good ones in this genre!!! I don't know what to pick. I mean some of them are truly fantastic.Like I, Tonya -- I watched it last year and it was so much fun. American Splendor is one I watched a long, long time ago before I was into film. I havent watched Straight Outta Compton yet so there is that one! Im like a kid in a Blockbuster in the 90s right now. lol

Haa ok. Never had heard that specific term used.
I nominate “The Blind Side” from 2008.

I just realized that “the pianist” fits in this genre as well... I am torn between the 2, but I still choose The Blind Side. It is a great movie that actually gave Sandra Bullock her Oscar!

Hahahaha you see what I was saying....so many quality ones. Like Lime said, you can cover many genres under the biopic umbrella.

Struggled to think of one for this category, so I'm plumping for legend, the krays biopic, purely because my mate and I have just been talking about our not so long passed friend who had a Christmas card off of the kray twins for some reason we couldn't quite remember

Oh sorry brother. With no other nominees coming in today, I thought it was okay to spin the wheel. I guess I should have posted something in the shout, Sorry about that,. I was at work and wanted to get the pick in.
