Thanks, Lime. I have also been dealing with serious issues at home. So I also apologize for my distance too.
But I look forward to watching this again. I watched it once and was remember thinking, Mickey Rourke does such a tremendous job with the role.

The winning genre for July has been chosen and it is...

My nomination for this will be one of my favourite films of all time, the 1972 version of Sleuth starring Michael Caine and Laurence Olivier, based on the Tony award winning play of the same name by Anthony Shaffer (who also wrote the screenplay).

A couple of links if you want some options:

Winning film will be drawn on Sunday.

Also let's not have any musicals nominated, that feels like it should be its own separate genre.

I’ll nominate  A Bronx Tale.

I remember really liking this movie but it’s been at least 20 years since I’ve seen it.

Based on the autobiographical play by Chazz Palminteri. Was also the directorial debut for Robert De Niro.  image.thumb.jpeg.04f5b20bd1b97369d33e999f284dae3a.jpeg
