Hi Brandon.

The following has been copied from the link at the top of the home page and forum saying '10 Post Requirement';

If you are a new member please note that many things on our website require you to make 10 posts before you can access it. Things such as adding a Crew to the Crew Area, posting a recruitment thread for your crew, adding videos and livestreams to our Videos application and adding a signature to your profile. This is in an effort to reduce spam and to ensure folks don't just sign up, promote their crew and never return to our website. The 10 post requirement may not just be limited to the items mentioned and is subject to change without prior notice.

Once you have met the requirements you'll be able to create a crew area here. The link posted above by Lann will help you with that process.
