Judging by the title, this thread is dedicated to any content you would like to see added to GTAV 
...Without buying it for PC

Firstly, I really like the silly things like player actions, especially the ability to flip people off. More actions would be fairly easy to add to the game (I think), and personally I'd love to see things like the running man dance and air drums for starters. Interactive actions with other players would also be nice. Who wouldn't want the ability to slap someone?

Among the silly things, being able to swing open a car door while moving would be awesome (Double tap the 'shoot' button while unarmed in a vehicle?), as well as the ability to use melee weapons on a bike could add a great deal of fun. 

It would utterly break the game, and I'm over a year late with this, but offroading could be much better. Perhaps a nerf to anything that isn't an offroad vehicle and a buff for those that are. Watching a sports car drive up a 70 degree incline is a bit much. Lift kits would be fun too. 

A sword would be extremely OP, but I'd like one anyway. Like a European long sword, I get sick of seeing katanas everywhere. And on the lines of outdated warfare, why not a bow and arrow? (I get sick of crossbows everywhere, too.) 

The ability to open and close the cargo section of trucks and aircraft. Riding in the back of a box truck is a lot of fun, I'd like to be able to do that with anything else with a cargo bay. 

And for the love of god GET RID OF THE DAMN COLOR CHANGING SCREENS! If I'm on a losing streak, I don't want my screen looking like hell because of it! Keep that shit the same!

This is just the start of my list. The longer I sit here the more little things I could come up with. Like being in-game drunk without the LSD looking screen.

• I want chrome as a paint color option for rims! So stupid that they don't have it. No need to even wait for next gen. Just put it in R* jeez Louise does it even need to be said.

• I want to be able to call my mechanic and have him return my car to the garage.

• They need to get rid of all the absolute crap cars and add in more trucks. 2wd & 4x4 with the ability to raise or lower suspension, classic trucks too! Bring back the slamvan!

• Obviously better housing options. It would probly be difficult to let everyone have an airstrip of their own like in San Andreas but housing options that have usable helipads would be great.

• allow the tank to hold two people. One on turret one on .50 cal. And the like with the hydra

• more customization options for vehicles. Hydraulics, paintable convertible tops, pin striping, the ability to shave bumpers, mirrors, door handles. That sort of thing.

• more character customization would be awesome too. The ability to work out and make your guy look more athletic. I don't want to get fat so you shouldn't have to. More haircuts and of course, A full Beard!

• better dirtbikes. The Sanchez is just lame. Make it faster.

• should have miniguns on the sides of the annililator that passengers can operate.

• more robbing missions. Should be able to rob for something besides money. Robbing ammunition for ammo or hitting a delivery truck with high end cars on it where they can be sold to a chop shop but you have to take out the trackers or something and dispose of them after losing the cops or losing sight of them.

• lets not forget, THE ACTUAL HEISTS! And lots of them. Should be able to load up ATMs and take them to a cracker or something.

• to be able to mark random vehicles that you want to steal or kill the guy driving for killing a crew mate or hitting your ride. Like you can get the plate # then look them up in a squad car and find out where they live or track them down.

• ability to take hostages! Tie people up. Please! I don't know why it's not already in there.

I would like a survival creator and the choice of owned weapons or forced + pickups in survivals, would make them more interesting.

 

When you join a job through your phone you should be able to narrow it down also. Deathmatch/Team Deathmatch, Forced/Owned, Contact/Non-Contact etc.

A Heist creator!! There are so many banks, big houses, shops. I even found the vents running up to a big mansion once & was convinced I'd be able to use the blowtorch thing you pick up in the main story line to go back and rob the house but nada, not a sausage. Gutted.

Yes, I like the drug dealing option. I want to be able to sell drugs to other players, too. Also I would like the option for my character to go topless. Also, I want to be able to do the "peace" sign. I want more hairstyles, and clothing options, too

All of the above plus the option to turn off some or all of the icons on the map. It's just getting too cluttered and it will only get worse as more things are added and the ability to not trigger jobs as soon as you step into the blue corona!

 

Wildlife online. Hunting activities similar to Far Cry 3 where you can hunt legendary animals. RDR had it and SP had it if you count the bigfoot mission.

 

Car customisation definitely needs improving, R* made Midnight Club for Gods sake! We should have chrome rims, decals, more bodykit options and the ability to alter the size of alloy wheels.

After playing BF4 its quite clear the sound quality of guns, helicopters ect... would heighten game play in gta v if it were like that

 

Missions

I would like to see a DLC series for online that includes an updated version of all the cities of GTA from GTA 3 and forward. They could connect them with bridges like they've done in previous multi island games. Even if they can't offer all of them, maybe they could offer one of the cities. I know that a Vice City DLC would be a pretty sweet DLC for GTA: O

More hairstyles.  Including using the SP hairstyles in MP.

 

Edit:  I thought of one more thing I'd really like to see in game.  The ability to sell weapons back, or a weapon storage in my apartment.  I really don't want to have all of the weapons in game on my weapon wheel all the time.  I'd like to be able to remove the clutter so I don't need to cycle through so many weapons.

 

I've even tried throwing them away, but as soon as I start another session they're all back again.

@Mangfish you can drop weapons and or ammo, though I hardly use these features, I think its holding L1 while on the weapon you want to drop and and pressing triangle, square or circle I don't remember really but google and YouTube are your friends.

I believe that this crew could make a giant targeted petitions for upcoming dlc content,  and sent to rockstar on certain intervals, which would be created by us, revised and placed on here for everyone to copy, paste and sent to them. I forgot the specified email address that they have for this purpose at the moment , guess I will find it later.

I would like extra ways to make money in free roam and greater interaction and consequences with the map and it's inhabitants. After completing a gang attack I should be able to steal drugs/guns and sell them to another gang of my choice. These actions should have consequences, the gang I attacked should send a car load of attackers to gain revenge and attack on site if I enter there area. The gang I sold the stuff to should now open for jobs or offer benefits I.e. A car load of members as back up to attack a player or shadow me as I drive round for a set amount of time, providing back up. This would be set until I either sold stuff to the 'pissed of gang ' or double crossed my new friends.

- a properly working melee combat system like Sleeping Dogs. I really LOVED that system because it had an actually working dodging mechanic, counter attacks, special attacks, combo's, semi-auto lock system in case of multiple opponents, use of the environment. It was challenging enough, if successful your dude could pull off crazy stuff and I honestly never got bored with it. In GTA melee is just pot luck and so simple it is actually unworthy for a game of this grandeur.

 

- the Sabre, Faction, Rancher pick-up truck and NRG900. Lifted suspension. Crew emblem on a door panel should show on BOTH doors.

 

- a sword, screwdriver and a flamethrower

 

- the Stadion for drag races, DD's, stunt races (e.g. Vice City)

 

- more possibilities in the Creator: more props boh in number and diversity, the capture creator can be perfectly used as a mission creator if they tweak it a bit, more then 68 CP's for races

 

- no color filters in DM's when on a streak

 

- filter options when quick joining jobs so you don't have to job hop until you find something you like ... eventually

 

- obviously better or at least more consistent team balancing

 

- logical race classes: what is the Bullet doing in the Supercar class? The Blista COMPACT should be in the COMPACTs class. Off-road class and races are no more then a clusterf*ck of vehicles atm.

 

- better balancing of weapons and vehicles to bring a bit more variety. In a standard off-road race you can choose between no less then 24 vehicles, yet only 2, maybe 3 depending on the circumstances will give you a chance of winning. What is that about ?

 

- no more connectivity problems

 

- some new gamemode. Dunno, just an idea, but what about heists?

 

- a crew hangout place/clubhouse. Some property you can claim, conquer, buy in FR.

I would like all the vehicles to be more fragile. It's ridiculous how tough some of the vehicles are. Trucks can be tough but regular cars (esp. super & sports) should have more realistic ruggedness. It would also be nice if off-road vehicles had a real advantage off-road. Regular cars should get torn up, stuck and high centered unless driven very carefully and slowly over the easiest line possible.

 

Also the off-road tires should offer a clear improvement off-road and a penalty on-road. Same with motorcycles, You shouldn't be able to ride any of the streetbikes on dirt as easy as the Sanchez.

40 new vehicles.

Create missions in the creator.

Fix all server issues.

That would give new life to the game.
