Just drive through the hills and they should get captured instantly. They are in locations where you can't stay in the hill, or not easily at least. So the idea is drive through one hill then go to another. Someone else will probably capture the hill not long after you, so you only get a few points from each hill at a time. You can use weapons if you want but the objective is capturing the hills, not killing other players. The larger vehicles are excluded as they are too slow to hit some of the hills that need you to jump off a ramp. Some of the spawn points are on top of props, but that seems to be all you can do. The Arena is quite restricted in terms of where you can place these. This was quite simple to make.
