Skip, wtf man ? That is just one brilliant collection there :D

Just to recap: apart from the kit cars and the 'common' daily drivers, you had a Celica, a TR7, a Spitfire and an MGB GT ???? Right?

I'm officially jealous :)

This isn't all of them by any means, just the ones I had pictures of to hand

There's many more including a mk1 escort RS2000, a Capri 2.8i, Nissan Silvia, mk1 RX7, Renault Fuego turbo, Uno turbo, MG maestro, more Scimitars and Quantums and SAABS..

I've had 3 TR7s, 2 MGBs and 2 spitfires

You are insane Skip!! Officially. I love the Celica and its wheels. And how can you not have a photo of the Escort RS2000??

The RS2000 was one of my first cars, pre digital cameras. I don't think I even owned a camera then.

I found Some More:

Awesome! I knew a guy who had the almost same one.

A friend of mine used to have one of these, we would steal it every once in a while and park it somewhere random on his estate For giggles. No steering lock or any other for that matter....used to drive him nuts

Well. I never owned a car and I don't even have a license. I ride a bicycle :D though I grew up riding on the back of motorbikes with my father. This is his custom Shadow.

Maha that bike looks very pointy, like it would stab you just sitting on it.  Also by the looks of it the only Honda part left on it is the motor. Everything else is custom?

Pointy indeed :) He designed all the custom parts on paper then brought to a (I forgot the name of the profession, the person who shapes and bend aluminium and metals) and then he done the paint job. I am not entirely sure but I guess that only a few things together with the motor are from the original.

The only pic that was actually mine is the last one, and the color doesn't quite look right but I included it anyway because it's acutally my pic.. The color is much more orange-y. It's called inferno metallic orange.

First off, the 74 Eldorado. Mine was in MUCH worse shape than this one though.. Only the passenger door opened, no AC, the windows didnt roll down. Ended up driving home from work in 1st gear when the transmission went out.. Sold for $100 for scrap.

Next up, my beloved 98 Trans Am. 6-speed manual. Loved it. Sold it to a friend when I preordered the next car....

Last, but certainly not least... My current ride.. 2010 Camaro SS. 6-speed manual of course.

wow, some really cool cars. I cant figure out how to post pics (yes I know you don't have to say it) but the only halfway noteworthy cars of mine would be my current white 2000 ford f150 lariat 5.4 triton, very clean inside and out and dark blue 2012 jeep liberty 4x4 that will have a 2 inch lift soon. Oh, I had a 2011 kia soul but got rid of it to buy the jeep. Not much cool but I love em n e way.

You guys have owned some cool cars! When i first got my license i went through a car a year but due to financial circumstances and prioritising other things the cars had to take a back seat.

None of these pics are mine but they are very similar to what i had.

My first car was a 1979 Holden Gemini, 1.6L 4spd manual to learn on. It was a rust bucket though but a really cool car.

The next car i had was a 1988 BMW E30 318i, 1.8L 5 spd manual

l_f39d68c85d96df79b34188ad0a42b6f3.jpg

My 3rd car was a 1995 Peugeot 306xt,  5spd manual.

peugeot_306_1994_2000_2003.jpg

My 4th car was a ute for work (kind of) it was a 1998 4x4 Dual cab Toyota Hilux with a 2.7L engine with LPG gas and petrol and had a 2" body lift, 2"suspension lift, Dual custom roll bar and new rims and tyres. All the work was done by the previous owner.

Iphone008.jpg

In Australia we have our learners for a year at age 16, then P1 for a year, p2 for 2 years and then you can get you full license. On your Provisional license you cant drive certain cars according to there power to weight ratio. So as soon as i got my full license i decided to go all out and get something powerful. I was deciding between a nissan skyline but ended up choosing a 2002 VX SS Holden Commodore. It has the LS1 which is an aluminium (much lighter than the older 5.0L v8s) 5.7L V8 with a 6spd manual.

This car was awesome. It had some work done by the previous owner, it was lowered and had better rims and tyres and had been dynotuned and was putting out 220rwkw! They are kind of a family sedan and they do have a coupe version called the monaro.

7485846.jpg

While i had this car i needed to get a ute for work so i purchased it and had them both but that only lasted about a year and i couldnt afford to have both and had to let this beast go :(

My last car, which i still have now and have had for around 3 or 4 years (longest ive ever had a car for) is another 1997 toyota hilux 2.7L 5spd manual, this time just RWD and single cab and it has a custom toolbox tray on the back.

$_74.JPG

Once i save a bit of money i want to upgrade to a newer version of the hilux and get a spacecab and raise it and possibly get a matte black wrap with my business logo in our crew colour haha. Playing too much GTA has really made me want to modify a car again and i love the matte black and hopefully can claim it as a business expense and my business logo has a very similar colour to the blue :)

Bodylift3.jpg

Something similar to above but with an aluminium tray and toolboxs, a bull bar and sidestep and snorkle would look cool. And i would occasionaly take it off road too :)

I forgot to mention, i had for only a short time a 1988 Honda spada! so much power, and its only a 250! Not sure if i will get another bike as the GF doesnt approve and they are kinda dangerous. I may get a dirt bike to take offroading instead. (I know that in a way its worse off road but it will be my fault and not cause some one didnt see you and pulled in front of you.) Either way its such a free and amazing feeling on a bike.

And while we are on other vehicles, i also have a 14ft Haines hunter open hull runabout with a 90HP outboard on it :) It can only fit 4 people in it but it goes ok for wakeboarding and being pulled in the ski tube (inflatable tyre).

Off- road is way safer than riding on the street. Speeds are (generally) lower and trees & rocks don't make a left turn infront of you or try to take your spot on the road. Just buy all the safety gear you can and wear it. The worst you'll get are bruises or possibly a broken bone.

Cool trucks Scotty!
