The reason for making this thread is to clear up a bit of confusion, all cash earned by me in freemode is always shared equally with crew members only. After sharing cash from a kill target, store robbery or whatever else, I'll sometimes receive a message reading "Why?", "Huh?", "You hack?", but mostly I get a "Thanks DC". The short answer is, this is a legitimate game mechanic that can be found in the interaction menu by selecting Inventory>Cash>Share cash from last job>And then select the recipients for the cash. Sometimes you may receive $3,000 and other times you may receive $400, this is not me being Scrooge, but the stolen cash is always a random figure and the shares are equally split between all crew members in the lobby at that time. This means you may receive a 50% cut, or you may receive a 5% cut. Note that the cost of Lester is not deducted from the cash taken from a freemode job, that will come out of my own account - so I effectively give more than I keep. I don't give to receive, so please don't feel obligated to share any cash with me in return, it's just something that I like to do with each bit of freemode cash earned. After all, we look out for one another pretty well on the streets of Los Santos . To give a little insight on how much cash I have legitimately shared so far: $94,797, but cash given to me by others is $0, this tells me that either the 'share cash' feature is over-looked, or you're all accountants IRL . By no means does this mean you can't race me to the kill target and keep 100% of the cash, but know that if I beat you to it then I'm gonna share with every crew member in the lobby. If so, share your shared cash here (find this stat by pressing Pause>Stats>Cash>Job cash shared with others) (RSC stats are inaccurate if you've made the switch to current gen).
