Was only in the gym a few times, though I need to get in one now.

Up until a few years ago I was in construction and also in steel fabrication so being in decent shape wasn't an issue, now in the flower shop it's an issue.

The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.

Haha your talking to an extremely active gaming crew. I can barely find time to go to work let alone do anything else :P

I used to be pretty addicted though.. Never actually went to the gym, just had free weights and done it at home :) I work in construction so I was reasonably fit and strong from that and then I was working out about 3 times a week and running about 3 times aswell..

Such an amazing feeling and you have so much energy when you are fit. As reference, my resting heart rate was around 40 BPM!

Then I quit my job and also injured myself and was unable to do anything so I ended up losing all my fitness and putting on a lot of weight.

At first I had ambitions to bulk up a bit, but after realising how much commitment it takes, and how fast you lose it (if you go away on holidays for a few weeks or get injured), that realised that the goals were unrealistic and I wanted to prioritise other things. I need to get back into it but now I am happy being fit and lifting enough to feel good and I will look like how I look like..

I read and learnt a lot about working out, but I never ate enough to actually bulk up. (Was eating about 3000+ calories a day)

Sucks so much being at that to where I am now.. I really need to start but have ZERO motivation at the moment, and not to mention when you do anything it kills you and you feel like crap.

So how is your progress and what routine do you follow? Talking about it might help me get motivated :P

The last few years I have found out that it makes a difference to skip a one hour lunch break and take a quick trip to the gym instead.

Not only do i get a needed mental break from work, it actually makes me feel better physically as well.

Taking time in the evening is just not an option at the moment.

..and as a bonus;

I dont have to bring or buy a lunch (just eat a bar on the way back to the office).

I dont have to talk to anyone during the lunch.
