During Criminal Mastermind with Proto, JC and Fido and kept this a secret until now.

 

I collected the hydra and crashed it into something which ripped one of the main wings off! I can't remember exactly how it happened, I know it was a very silly mistake on my part though. Luckily the plane still flew so I was able to deliver it without further problems.

I should point out this was during the Criminal Mastermind Challenge with Jedi, Nehelius and Proto.

 

During the last set up of the Pacific Standard Job, we were driving the bikes away from the Lost compound and we went a different way then what I'm used. I ended up separated from everyone else, stuck in a park or something. I somehow ended up on the freeway so I turned back and ended up back at the compound surrounded by the Lost. Thankfully Protocawl and Nehelius were waiting for me so I managed to survive.

 

I don't think they realise how bad it was, my heart was racing and I was nearly crying ha ha.

I ended the CMM run of PhiNole, DefaultBling and Athena on the Prison Break setup called 'Station'.

 

While attempting to lose the cops before entering the police station, I flipped the car several times and landed upside down wedged under a tree, there was no way to get the car out and the LSPD were in the skies and on the ground.

 

Default died in the car while sending a message and probably had no idea what kinda situation we were in.

Although I didn't see it, this was so funny that I didn't care one bit that we had to start again.  After all, it's just Prison Break, so not that far to go back, and the rest of the CMM was so easy that it more than made up for it.

It does surprise me, though, that the best driver I've ever seen in all of GTA managed to flip a car and get it stuck in a tree.  :-P  No worries DC, you're worth your weight in gold as far as teammates go.

So yeah! I had a major screw up and the only screw up throughout the whole CMM Challenge ordeal amongst the crew. It happened on the Prison Break Station

setup mission, Goon and I was tasked to steal a cop car, I drove us to the police station around the Vinewood area and did a drive shooting. Goon got out stole a cop car and we both peeled off in separate vehicles while driving in close proximity to each other trying to loose the wanted stars. I then proceeded to tell him I was good and that he should head to the station instead, I finally lost the stars in the Vinewood Bowl parking lot and hear comes the messed up part  sorry guys @SAPD-Duke @DeaD_GooN @oMOUSEYo a cop car slowly drove into the parking lot and was heading straight towards where I was parked, I thought it to be Goon coming back to pick me up. I got out the Zentorno and ran to the cop car which was 'I $h!+ you not' it was empty, and as soon as I went on the passenger side to open the door, two cops magically appeared in the vehicle (thanks ps3 rendering), they exited the vehicle and handled their business X__X I couldn't handle mines because apparently my weapon wheel was set to my fists so imagine me just hitting pure air while wondering why my gun is not shooting and realizing just before the last shot sounds, as I stared in awe at the screen.

 

Ps as soon as I spawned in a lobby with my loving crew members in the aftermath ahhh a young Smurf was chased at high speeds around the streets of Los Santos for more than a few minutes, a driver and somebody riding shotgun hahaha couldn't stick up the nerve to tell e'm about this ridiculousness until now.

If I remember correctly, that particular setup was extremely laggy. There were cops appearing out of thin air for me as well. To the naked eye, my health bar was empty. 

Other than that hiccup, the second time seemed to go very smoothly. I don't even recall any close calls.

I have been "that stupid random" who messes up a Heist a couple times.  Here is one of the best fudge ups because one second before I rush things and blow the set up the voice on the headset says don't rush this.

The funniest thing that has happened to me during a heist. A few friends and I were doing Pacific Standard, Signal. We took a chopper to the island, one of my friends had his combat MG out during the flight. When we landed he some how ended up with his Rocket launcher and blew all of us up as soon as he exited. He couldn't stop apologizing saying he didn't mean it I just laughed. Thats followed by me getting the chopper and Avi as we are heading back i accidentally jumped from the chopper and Avi followed, I don't know why they wouldn't give Avi a chute, but it was funny hearing him scream as he plummeted to his death.

The only other close call was when you was getting the car for us in the Bank Job Heist @SAPD-Duke fell off his bike in front of  5 cop cars, I drove up and started blasting the pigs away and he got and did the same, and then he got on my bike because more cops were showing up and then he pulled out the sticky bomb while we were right next to all those cop car, I was audibly repeatedly saying No no no no no no no no no then I drove to where you were, and you being oblivious to what had just happened. Smooth sailing after that moment bro, I could feel my heart in my throat back there hahahahahaha.

I've only had to do heist and setups with randoms. 

I've been called names, been yelled at and had people who join and then don't anything. 

My entire experience with heist has been a nightmare

That's a shame, I love doing heists, I don't really like doing heists with randoms.

So last Night I was doing The Pacific Standard Job Heist with randoms, although

it was irritating to listen to the Host who kept jabbering on an on berating every move

we made and restarted the Heist a few times, there was a silver lining. I rejoin the Heist 

via invite, and a new dude joined in but same BS, now at the bikes check point I blew up the

bikes so the host could get his armored kuruma. This a$$ crashed into everything and blamed

it on the off-road tires, which were not on the car , this fool help us rediscover a hard to find cave,

with his legally blind driving a$$, God Damnnnnnn! and the new dude had me in tears the whole time

with his comment and all of a sudden someone got (elmer fudd style very very quiet). Karma! Hands down

best Heist experience every.

 

PS Oh yeah! we crash into the water next to the boat and time ran out. The new guy drove the host car after the restart

and drove almost flawlessly while squeezing a little lime and sprinkling a little salt. Gun shots rang out after the mission 

was completed at our spawn location, but I got "the hell up outta there."

Quite the adventure you had. I would immediately leave if the host would berate everything other member does weather their methods were good or bad. The rest... Well let's just say "Don't play with randoms."

Experienced a similar situation. I was doing the Prison Break - Bus setup with a group of randoms. So I got to the bus way before the others and took out the npc with a swift drive by, I shoot the pilot out with a drive by and the helicopter crashed into the bus. We failed in the end.
