Got a chance to play this.

 

It's an excellent location that could benefit a lot more from toned down weaponry. The range on the MG is insane and with very, very little inherent cover (long alleys of open space), it made for a lot of instant gunfire upon respawn. I think if you added some more natural looking cover and scaled back the range of the weapons, you could have a very neat little T/DM here. At the same time I think 16 is far too many with how you have it here.

 

You could also probably introduce some props around the center building so it can be utilized as well and do away with the spawn points on it. Just a few adjustments and I think this would be a pretty solid map.

Really enjoyed this map.  Just add a little bit of cover in the alley behind the building/near the water and it would be better.  I was lucky enough to get the MG a few times and wreck havoc on the opposing team.  Didn't notice any spawn issues.  Was never spawn killed and don't think I spawn killed anyone.  Look forward to playing this again.  :)
