grjkie 727
Sandy Shores Scenic Route My first GTA job ever, it would be a lot worse if you guys that have played it didn't gave me feedback, so thank you for the feedback and advices and please feel free to leave any more feedback, good or bad Oh and the race description is not aimed at anyone in particular, it's simply a game feature i really hate and would like it removed from the game, i don't leave my racing lines to avoid them but i don't ACTIVELY search for them on straights for example. I try to be an overall clean player...It is not supposed to be a race with competition standarts, it is a kind of fun and not that competitive race http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/games/gtav/jobs/job/C17chmbn10igWrYBt5w2Cg Edited May 10, 2015 by grjkie 2 Quote www.ishare4free.com Please don't be offended, it's a small piece of my mind that I chose to expose... JustHatched 12,123
I'll have to give this one another go, we raced it but I don't remember anything about it. 1 Quote The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it. no_snacks 3,345
Great track for your 1st creation, grjkie. The checkpoints & props are well placed & the layout is fun & entertaining. My only complaint is that it's a point to point race. I would've loved to have gone around for a couple more laps. With a little bit of tweaking, it would be quite easy to turn it into a lap race if you wanted to, as the finish line is right near the start line. Hope you enjoyed being in the creator, because I wait for your next one. 1 Quote Link to comment https://www.rockstarsocialclub.net/forums/topic/5512-sandy-shores-scenic-route/#findComment-87733 Share on other sites

Thanks snacks that means a lot I'm glad you enjoyed it, I made it p2p because it is a very long track but yeah you're right it could easily be changed into a lap race... Yes the first time I entered the creator was for this and I found it very cool 1 Quote www.ishare4free.com Please don't be offended, it's a small piece of my mind that I chose to expose... Jaggy 2,811
Very cool race. I need to run it again as I got a huge fat DNF (surprise!) on it. Didn't notice any issues last night. The track is great. 1 Quote Link to comment https://www.rockstarsocialclub.net/forums/topic/5512-sandy-shores-scenic-route/#findComment-87759 Share on other sites
G37 3,445
Glad you made this thread. Honestly, it needed so little adjusting from the start but to see some improvements that simply make it better than it was is awesome. Really like what you did with the round-a-bout piece, let's people see they're going around something. P2P or laps is really all up to personal preference. I think either can work here but as it is now, it's simply a very nice, enjoyable and pleasant drive all through the Grand Señora and Sandy Shores. Great way to take in a number of sights and is far more leisurely and less serious (even though we're all trying to win). Just an excellent overall balance IMO. When I think of "GTA racing", this is the kinda thing I visualize, something less serious (not taking away anything from tracks that are far more competitive or precision based) and I like the break from that. grjkie 727
Exactly G, I am competitive myself, I also enjoy winning but lately the only races I've played the most are real races, competitive ones and that's exactly what I thought, I need a break from it from time to time lol. (I even like those crazy jump races ) And also it was the first one, I never even thought about creating something and even though I like to race and consider myself a not too bad racer I most likely would miss if I tried to make a real race for a first one... Anyway it is good to hear positive feedback and it kind of pushes me to do more Edited May 10, 2015 by grjkie 1 Quote www.ishare4free.com Please don't be offended, it's a small piece of my mind that I chose to expose...
