I been thinking awhile on how to make a Runabout style track with the some criss cross and traffic merging like the original has and this is what I cam up with. It is fast and tricky, most poles are wrapped.

The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.

I thoroughly enjoyed this one, probably more than the other.

There is one very difficult location (the familiar cross-over intersection of the original) where you need to make a very sudden and hard left onto the off ramp going down to the expressway. I'm not sure if you can have some props here or not to help guide you and have it flow a bit better or not here.

Other than that this is a very good race.

I thought about propping that area when making it, the only reason I didn't is the same reason removed them a long time ago from the original because everyone slammed into them and it took long to recover from the crash rather than miss it and have to turn around.

Nice track, Hatch.  :)

Has enough similar sections of road as the original XDBX Runabout to recognise they are related, but enough new sections for it to stand alone as it's own race.

Very fun to drive, with a good mix of corners and changes of direction and elevation.

Coming up the incline road (CP's 18, 19 and 20) I noticed you've left it open at the top instead of forcing the driver to make the little left-to-right chicane.

That's probably a good move, as it feels natural to cut that section by going over the grass.  Helps keep the flow of the race going.

You could always block that section off and force the drivers to follow the intended road if you wanted to.  It would still work, and it's entirely your call as the creator.

Works well either way IMO.

I've only used a custom Muscle Car so far, but will definitely give this a run with Supers or Sports when I get a chance.   Nice one.  :)
