Yeah, we have 4 players:  me, Bling, Athena and N9nelives.  I assume everyone has an Armored Karuma or an Insurgent.  I have the Karuma and TrueLife is right, it has made a difference in the missions I've played where you can actually drive your own car in the thick of things.  If someone changes their mind, zztop is on standby.

Let's get started tomorrow (Saturday) at 23:00 Eastern.  Load up on snacks and body armor, and buy one of those two vehicles if you don't already have one.  Also, please go to the clothing stores and buy one of the Heist Heavy outfits, along with a bulletproof helmet if you don't already have one of those, too.

I like the idea of the codeword "EJECT" if someone dies or knows they are about to die.  Thanks Jag!

I have the Armored Karuma. I'm pretty sure I've gotten the Heist Heavy outfit and BPH, but I'll double check that tonight. Will load up on snacks and body armor as well. I believe everyone should read this post that Jesse shared. I've never done any of those things, but some of it sounds safer than what I've done in the past.

I also remember when doing the Pacific Standard Heist, the heavy outfit slowed someone down and they died because of it. Maybe that person stays in the bank until the Karuma arrives? (If you're questioning that sentence, read Jesse's post).

Also, which setup do you want to do prior to starting the Fleeca Heist? This is to avoid the glitch that Lann mentioned. I would suggest a setup that might be one of the more difficult ones so we can do it as a practice run.

EJECT!!!! Thanks LV, for the  code word :D

on Pacific standard we just move slow, kill everything and don't leave people behind (unless the person wanna stay). On the post, it's over protective, but with 10mil on the line it's really nice.

to warm up I would suggest the valkyrie without kurumas. it would give a very decent idea of how hard we will have to work. Or maybe the signal mission, lots of cops, time and some extras that can go wrong.

Yeah, you're in for tomorrow n9nelives.  See you then.  I sent everyone a PSN friend request, btw.

What time are we doing this tonight? I won't be home til about 4pm central time.

And I don't have a Kuruma. I gotta do the finale for the prison break with some generous people that'll let me keep most of the money so I can buy it lol.

PhiNole said we'd be starting at 11pm EST tonight.

Question: For the heist outfit: Battle pants, heavy utility vest and bulletproof helmet, correct?

I think you had it as one of your saved outfits. It's available from any clothing store as an outfit. If you're going to use it, you need to have it as one of your saved outfits and have the host set it to user saved outfits. Remember, hopping/jumping is faster than running during a heist with the heavy outfit.

I didn't have the heavy pants, but I do now. I have to say, it doesn't seem as slow as I thought it was. Did they change it so you can sprint it them now?

It slows you if you are actually in a heist job. You WILL notice it.

Sorry guys but something came up just now, it's no death matter but I can't leave it be. I sent a message to zztop but he didn't answer yet, he will probably log in later on, if he doesn't come online today I apologize  for screwing up your plans. =(

No problem Bling.

Where's your sense of achievement if everyone ejects to save the run if someone dies. I'd think it would be quite a hollow win knowing that you didn't restart it all from the beginning again.

Avoiding death is fairly easy though, plan your route for the final heist, I picked out a great route which avoided police attention for 90% of the journey. Armoured Kuruma's and Heavy vests are essential too as already discussed. Also a failed mission isn't the same as a player dying. Getting spotted while delivering the EMP won't fail your mastermind challenge.

So are we on for today?

I don't think Athena can play at night except on Fridays and Saturdays.  However, I'm open this afternoon from now until around 7pm eastern.

Squirrel - I don't have the time or the patience to go back and restart the entire process assuming someone mistakenly dies on one of the Series A missions, for example.  :)  What is the route you used for the bike getaway on the final heist?  Thanks.

I just did the Pacific Standard job with someone and what we did was destroyed the bikes to start the timer. Then he went to his apartment that was right by the bikes and we went in afterwards. Then we got in his Karuma and took off from there.

Please share the route you took. I'm pretty good at getting past them but you never know when some NPC's car will pull out in front of you and if that happens, you're usually doomed. I was thinking taking the railroad tracks all the way to the checkpoint at the tunnel entrance. It works like a charm in Prison Break - Station; getting the Casco to Sandy Shores drop off.

I did the final heist with someone that had an apartment near the bank of the final heist.  What we did was blow up the motorcycles to set the timer off and he had to get out of sight so he could enter the apartment and then he let us in and then we got in his armored Kuruma and got away from the police.....

My availability at the moment:

Friday night: 9pm till 1am EST

Saturday: 1:30pm till 5:30pm EST

Saturday night: 8:30pm till 1am EST

Those times are fine with me if you need me.

I didn't have to blow up the bikes. My boy had an apt below the bikes. We rode them around the corner, jumped the fence and hid in the corner while he went in the apt. We went in the apt and then to the garage and to the Karuma.

Yea I guess you could do it either way... the guy I played with said it's easier to blow them up to start the timer than to get on and off.... Either way would work lol..
