nicolabellamy77 441
i was just wondering if there is a thing in this crew where you have to split the money equally, ( i do this anyway to help people out) in my previous crew with all crew members we had to split 25% each, if i ever do heists with random i have no interest in helping them lol so i just wondered what is the best thing to do with crew members Quote Link to comment https://www.rockstarsocialclub.net/forums/topic/6291-equal-splits/ Share on other sites
DeaD_GooN 1,312
I almost always do 40%/20%/20%/20%. Whether it's with crew or randoms. As far as I know there are no rules on this. If you're the leader, it's ultimately your call. But giving someone below the standard 15% I would imagine would be uncouth. Jaggy 2,811
There's no rule. Do what you wish to do. If someone doesn't like their cut, they can speak up. Personally, after having done Criminal Mastermind, I don't mind if someone wants to give me 0% just so the leader can help recuperate their money or give a little more to others on the job. DavidCore89 7,404
I almost always do 40%/20%/20%/20%. Whether it's with crew or randoms. This. It works out fairly equal after the setup fees and factoring in the payout the crew will receive for the setup jobs... Much more equal than any other split. 2 Quote Link to comment https://www.rockstarsocialclub.net/forums/topic/6291-equal-splits/#findComment-101617 Share on other sites
ScottyB 2,086
I actually think you lose out slightly as a heist leader if you do a 40/20/20/20 and you get a fair bit more if you do it what's on standard. After you pay the setup cost, plus not earning anything on all of the setup jobs, if you were to do it an equal split, you're at a significant loss. That's crazy that you were told how to play the game in so many ways. I bet you're glad to make the switch! Squirrel 5,180
40,20,20,20 is a fair way. The only time I did the 25% split was in order to get the trophy. There are definitely no rules about how much you have to give to crew members. The actual job take is pocket change compared to the bonuses acheived for criminal mastermind/all in order/same crew. If you want to make some proper money from heists then get a CMM team together!
