Vinewood Evacuation Drill

Recommended Posts

Hi folks. I've created my first race, Vinewood Evacuation Drill. It should be on the social club, but I have no idea how to link it here. If you all would like to try it out, any feedback would be appreciated! Also, if someone can find it and link it, or explain to me how it's done, that would also be appreciated. Thanks! Just realized I need to change it to non contact. I'll do that after work.

Vinewood Evacuation Drill

1. Copy the URL of your job from Social Club. It's the link in the top of your browser window when you're on the job's page.

2. In your post on the XDBX site, click the icon that looks like a chain link. Paste into the box that pops up and click OK.

Alternatively, you can highlight text, like the name of your job, then do step 2. That's how I did it in this post.

You can also click on a picture and apply the link to that.

Raced this during Trial & Error today.  It was pretty difficult with rain, slipstream and contact on.  It was especially difficult in the Vinewood Hills area.  The wrecked car props were kind of hard to see with the night setting.  I didn't see any check point issues.  The route was good.  I just had difficulty with the contact/slipstream and some of the props.

Excited to try this again. The combination of SUV, rain, the track and placed props did not leave any room to relax during the race. I think non-contact will make it easier, along with the fact that we ran it once now and know what to expect. I like the themed storm feeling.

We ran this in the PL, only creator issue  I noticed was one of the fallen trees placed in the middle of the road caused one of us to get stuck on the right side of the (fallen) tree.

Rain + SUV + track and props makes this one of the most slippery feeling track i even ran.
