Ran it a few times now.

 

As Snacks said, the small signs and traffic lights cause a bit of disruption, then there's the issue of some turns having a tyre stack, some having a generator and some having a concrete barrier to protect the light pole.

 

Most turns in this track have more than one pole per turn, often a big light pole and a few smaller ones, therefore I'd do away with tyre stacks on the apexes and instead place striped concrete barriers (continuing what you've started).

 

The other thing is the turn at CP 10, the yellow tyre walls will catch 90% of racers out on their first run, I can see why they're there (solid metal pole), but they kinda cause players to rethink their original line into the corner due to the surprise of tyre walls in their way, maybe that area could be tidied up a bit.

 

The route itself is nice, but that area of town is poor for poles, it kinda spoiled a race that I made there too.
