I read a bit about it, and I must say that it looks more promising than most other poker games.

The issue with simulated poker games is that most allow you to quickly replenish your chips without much effort, which more or less destroys the strategy behind actual poker play.  If chips are easily obtainable, people just go all-in all the time, and it becomes more of a luck factor.  Apparently, in this one, you are allotted $2,000, but if you lose it, you are only given $200 to grind your way back up unless you want to fork out real money to get back in the game.  That seems like it would make it far more realistic, so I'd definitely be down for trying it.

Let me know if you guys decide to give it a go.

I'm up for giving this a go.

Is it completely free to play?

No, £15.99.

Free-to-play poker games are ruined by people going all in as there's no risk, paid games are different.
