It's like the high blow, except you propel yourself forwards, not upwards.

Very simply, you use a sticky bomb to propel your body as high as you can.

The rules of the bump toss (named after Mr. Bump) is to use a van to hit Mr. Bump (or any other suitable target) as far as you can.
